I highly recommend this company. The owner came out and did a great job of finding out exactly what the problem was. I was having a problem with the motor on my unit making noise. It wouldn't make the noise until it ran a few minutes, so he patiently waited there until it did. I can definitely appreciate the fact that he wasn't trying to rush and take a guess at what the problem was without hearing it.
